Pre-wedding set-up

  • Set-up time the day before the event beginning at 12:00 p.m. until the start of the rehearsal.
  • All items provided by Flora Corner Farm will be set-up as agreed upon with the exception of outdoor items before pre-wedding set-up.

Hours, Parking, and Pre-Ceremony

  • 5.5 hours (4.5 hours for the reception, 1 hour clean up)
  • Available parking on premises
  • Parking attendants
  • Refreshment table with flavored waters and cups for guests before ceremony
  • “Welcome to the wedding of” sign outside of the barn doors
  • Wreaths on barn doors

Reception Set-Up (In Barn)

  • 5´ and five and 5.5´ round tables
  • 125 White padded chairs – Flora Corner Farm sets up and takes down chairs and tables
  • Cream, white or colored floor length underlay
  • Cream, white or colored linen napkins (1 per guest)
  • Burlap runner, lace runner, burlap square, lace overlay OR available color overlay
  • Assortment of antique mirrors on the back wall
  • Twinkle lights and chandeliers
  • Large, antique table (Cake)
  • White buffet table (desserts, decor etc.)
  • Decorative white hutch (desserts, decor, etc.)
  • White drink cart (drinks, appetizers, etc.)
  • Three-tiered cart for candy, favors, etc. (8 glass jars included if used for candy bar)
  • One 6´ table with cream, white tablecloth for DJ
  • One 6´ and one 8´ buffet table for catering room (linens not included)
  • Heat or air-conditioning, fans (weather pending)
  • 2 Jack Daniels Barrels (In front of barn doors or poles in barn)

Reception Decor

  • Choice of cardbox (birdcages, lanterns, etc.)
  • Antique Flower cart for gifts
  • Antique window, shutter, or chicken coop for place cards/ seating arrangements (Including set-up for mason jars, cards, etc)
  • Choice of inventory items for table centerpieces (including available table numbers)
  • Choice of inventory items for mantle

Bar Set-Up

  • Wooden Bar
  • Double washtub for drinks/ice
  • Drink cooler
  • Small drink tub on stand

Patio Set-Up

  • Assorted lawn games (Giant Jenga, Corn Hole, Croquet, Bocce Ball, Lawn Bowling)
  • 1 Sofa, 2 loveseats, 3 chairs, 2 end tables and a coffee table (under pergola)
  • 2 outdoor picnic tables
  • 8 assorted lawn chairs
  • 4 trash receptacles with bags
  • 5 bistro tables with 2 chairs each
  • Cocktail table with umbrella (For appetizers, weather permitting)
  • Twinkle lights in the trees surrounding the patio space
  • Twinkle lights in front of the barn and under the pergola
  • Clawfoot tub for non-alcoholic drinks
  • Directional signs
  • Fire pit, skewers, and glass apothecary jars for s’more set-up (S’more fixin’s not included)

Additional payment terms and conditions

  • Reception only must pay an additional $500 coordination fee
  • Trash removal from the venue $200
  • Removal of trash from dining tables $300 (For non-full-service catering)
  • Payment of Maryland sales tax is the responsibility of the client
  • Additional charge of $20 per person over 125 guests (Up to 134 guests)
  • Additional services available through the A La Carte menu
